I am an author, chef, and lifestyle TV personality.

Bella Moon, who is 3.5 months old.

What has been your biggest career achievement thus far?

My book release this past fall!

What is the most rewarding aspect of being a mother?

Being able to raise a solid goddess warrior woman.

And what is the most challenging?

Time! It’s challenging to find that balance between work life, mom life, and personal time.

What is your best advice for someone new to your industry?

Allow yourself to be inspired. Make shifts, take risks and support others along the way.

What is your best advice for a new mother?

Don't be afraid to ask for help, and take a moment for yourself. A refreshed and inspired mama is better for the whole family opposed to a burnt out resentful one.
